ATTENTION: NEW DUE DATES - EFFECTIVE ON DECEMBER 1, 2016

Bills are due on the 1st day of the month, as they always were.  A late penalty will be added after the 10th of the month, (previously the 16th). Payments must be in the office by the 10th.   A 10% late fee will be added if payment is received after the 10th of the month.

Meter will be LOCKED if not paid by the 10th of the SECOND MONTH of nonpayment.

FEES, PENALTIES AND DEADLINES WILL BE NON-NEGOTIABLE.

************************  ADDENDUM ************************

We have received inquiries about those who are enrolled in Auto Pay, I will try to clarify it for you.

If your draft date, (not the day it hits your bank account), is on the 10th of the month or before, you are fine and don’t have to be concerned about a late payment or changing anything.

There are 2 different ways you could have enrolled in Auto Pay. One way is with PSN and the other is with RWD 3 and our in-house banking, which we strongly recommend.  If you are confused about which one you’re enrolled in, the following should explain:

  1. PSN Auto Pay:  If you went to PSN to enroll in Auto Pay and you were able to choose what day your payment came out, or if your draft date is ANY other date than the 10th, you are on PSN recurring payments.  ALL who have set your payments to come out on a Debit card or Credit card, are on PSN, although you may have set it up with your checking account.  If your Auto Pay is with PSN, you will have to verify that your date is set before the 10th directly on PSN to avoid a late penalty.

RWD 3 Auto Pay:  RWD 3 Auto Pay is only able to be set up with checking or savings accounts. ALL that are enrolled in Auto Pay with RWD 3, not through PSN, are scheduled on the 10th and you have no need to be concerned.  Nothing will change and you will never have a late penalty.
